Environmental Science with a year abroad [BSc]

The focal point of Year 3 is an in-depth project, in which you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to carry out a substantial piece of research work independently, supervised by an expert in your chosen subject. You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of special interests and to build upon experience gained in Years 1 and 2.  Along with core modules, in the third year students are able to choose from a wide range of optional modules in order to develop their career in the direction of their choice. The Tenerife field course provides an opportunity to study a complete environmental system and is the final integrative step linking all of the different aspects of Earth as a system. We also provide you with support and guidance in how to develop a career.
