  • Clearing and adjustment vacancies for 2015 entry will be available to view from 6pm on Wednesday, 12 August 2015. We’ll be unable to confirm which courses will have places available through clearing and adjustment until this date.
  • At 8am on Thursday 13th August, you will be able to call the University's clearing hotline on 0161 275 2077.

Course highlights

  • BSc Environmental Science

    Environmental science is the study of how physical, chemical, and biological processes maintain and interact with life, and includes the study of how humans affect nature.

    Our degree develops three fundamental science strands which are then woven together by integrative modules to give perspective and allow you to apply scientific concepts to real environmental problems. This is a multi-disciplinary, research informed degree which includes modules taught by active researchers across a range of areas including Biology, Geography, Planning, and Earth Sciences.
